Perfectus offers a simple but powerful toolset to bring unity and simplicity to document process automation.

Perfectus uses internet technologies, sophisticated decision tree logic and an XML document assembly engine to capture information, assemble and then distribute documents in a variety of output formats. Perfectus includes a rapid development tool (IP Manager) that allows authors to create an intelligent wizard (Easy Interview) designed to capture data and outcomes that dynamically customize a WordML document template.

Based on business rules defined in the IP Manager, the decision path chosen by the end user during the Easy Interview , and the variable data entered into the system during each transaction, one or more new unique documents are generated based on the original template.

Working with existing solutions, documents can be delivered in XML, PDF, Word, or HTML formats via email, fax, printer or directly into any document management, workflow, or enterprise business system.

Perfectus is currently in the fifth generation of its rapid development solution framework for document process automation. All of our products are designed to be fully extensible and interoperable with third party systems.
